I. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

In addition to the refund rights available under applicable laws, if you purchased our app directly through our websites and the money-back option was presented during checkout, you are eligible for a refund if you did not see visible results with our program, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.

2. You have followed our program:

3. At least 7 consecutive days for monthly or longer subscription periods.

4. At least 5 consecutive days for 4-week subscription periods.

5. At least 3 consecutive days for weekly or biweekly subscription periods.

6. You are able to demonstrate that you have followed the program according to the requirements outlined below in the "How to demonstrate that you have followed the program" section.

We will review your request and notify you (via email or otherwise) of our decision.

HOW TO DEMONSTRATE THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE PROGRAM

To demonstrate that you have followed the program, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Provide screenshots from the app showing that you have completed:
  • At least 7 sessions for monthly or longer subscription periods.
  • At least 5 sessions for 4-week subscription periods.
  • At least 3 sessions for weekly or biweekly subscription periods.

Please note that meeting the conditions outlined above is mandatory for receiving a refund under the Money-back Guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to any other circumstances.

II. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

We value all customer feedback and strive to ensure full satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund in accordance with the terms of this policy.

If you do not meet the conditions specified in the Money-back Guarantee, the fees you paid are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stipulated or required by law. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our discretion.

Refunds are generally only available during the active subscription period. If the subscription period has ended prior to your refund request, we will be unable to process it.

Special Notes:

  • For UK Residents: If you are a resident of Great Britain and cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the payment made.
  • For EEA and Switzerland Residents: If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you have the legal right to withdraw from contracts for services. However, if you purchase a single digital content item (such as a video or PDF), you agree that it will be provided to you immediately, and you waive your right to withdraw. If you sign up for a continuous service (like app subscriptions), you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the service. If you decide to withdraw, a proportionate amount will be deducted from your refund based on the service already provided before we received your withdrawal request.
